I don’t want to go to trial. Do I need an attorney to help me resolve my personal injury case?

Colorado Attorneys Ready to Fight For You

We understand the reluctance and hesitation in proceeding with a trial. With our law firm, a trial is not necessary with 90% of our cases. They are actually resolved before a trial. The answer isn’t always to sue. The answer is to try to resolve your claim outside of the courtroom. Even if we have to file a suit, there are many avenues to resolve a claim before it hits a courtroom.

In cases that do to court, we need to understand who we are suing and why. Although it’s necessary to sue the individual who caused your injuries, in reality it’s their insurance company that will defend him or her and the case. That is why we all buy insurance. Accidents happen.

To learn more about the court process and why you shouldn’t be afraid to pursue help after you’ve been injured in an accident, call our accident injury attorneys today.

What is mediation?

Our firm is sophisticated in pursuing avenues of resolving matters, short of taking a case to trial. One such process is called mediation, which is very, very different than litigation. Mediation is a non‑binding process, where we sit down with the other side, and try to resolve your case. This is done outside of the courtroom. Litigation is what happens in the courtroom.
