Response to our first newsletter has been wonderful. Thanks to those who took their time to write back, and I’m excited to send you our next one. In this note I’d like to talk briefly about how important referrals from our clients and doctors are to us. They are the lifeblood of our practice, and account for the majority of our business. It’s an honor to know they trust us enough to refer family and friends. Let me give you two examples.
I helped a client through a difficult case about two years ago. Recently, her son was critically injured in a car accident and she called to say she knew we would give her son the same care and attention she had received. This client told me she didn’t think of calling anyone else, and said, “Dianne, we need you.”
In the other case, I got a call a few weeks ago from one of the doctors we work with regularly. His wife was hurt in an accident and he said he wanted a lawyer he could trust to help someone so important in his life.
Clients and doctors trust me enough to not only work with me, but refer family to me. Maybe there’s someone you know who has been hurt – a friend, neighbor or perhaps someone in your own family. If you think I can help, please let them know that I can be a resource for them, as I am for you. Ask them to call me, or simply forward this newsletter along to them. I’d love to talk with them about their case. Of course, there’s never any obligation.
