Principle Attorney
I had a frustrating experience recently. I was trying to buy an e-book online, and the downloading process didn’t go as smoothly as I would have liked. (I’m sure you’ve had a similar experience, whether it’s with an e-book or any of a thousand other encounters.) I tried to contact the seller for help through their website, but that didn’t go too well. Then I tried to reach a human on the phone. Don’t even ask how that went.

What it reinforced for me is how important clear communication is – especially when it comes to a client’s case at the Law Offices of Dianne Sawaya. Good communication and understanding is near the top of my list. Here are a few of the steps we take to ensure we meet our own high standards of client care:

• We stay in regular contact with you to review your case and answer any questions you have. We do this until the conclusion of your case.
• We return your call as quickly as we can, but in no case do we want it to take more than 48 hours. The same goes for your email to us.
• Ninety days after we begin your case, we meet with you for a review meeting. This is important to me, and I attend all 90-day meetings with clients.
• The legal professionals who work on your case and know it intimately are available to you when you need to be in touch with them.

We go to great lengths to assure that you know exactly what you want to know about your case, the process we go through in working with you and – most important – making sure your questions are answered to your satisfaction.
