What should I do if I am in a Denver truck accident?

If you are injured in a truck accident, you need to contact an experienced Denver truck accident attorney immediately. Accidents involving commercial trucks are more complex compared to accident claims involving passenger vehicles. Due to the federal and state regulations and laws governing the trucking industry and the need to quickly investigate, identify, and preserve key evidence in a truck accident, you need an attorney who has experience handling this type of personal injury case.

The damages in a truck accident case are usually substantial due to the severe, traumatic injuries that are common in these accidents. Therefore, the insurance company for the truck driver and trucking company will aggressively fight your claim to decrease the amount of money it must pay to settle the accident claim. In order to ensure you receive a fair and just settlement, we immediately begin a truck accident investigation. This allows us to preserve evidence that we use to prove fault and/or negligence. This is an important step in the process of obtaining compensation for your damages and losses.

If you have been injured in a truck accident, contact our office immediately. You may be entitled to compensation for your lost wages, medical expenses, property damage, physical pain, and emotional suffering.
