By Dianne Sawaya
Principle Attorney
Under federal regulations issued recently, all cars made for North American consumers after Sept. 1, 2012 will have to be built to include the black boxes. They’ll collect data including crash severity, seat belt usage, pre-crash data about how many events the vehicle may have been in, and brake application. They’ll also record data like speed of the vehicle, steering inputs, whether lane departure warning systems were turned on and whether airbags deployed.

With this type of information, our Denver auto accident attorneys are armed with information that we can use to build a stronger case for you and to fight insurance companies that try to make our clients appear to be in the wrong. Instead of reducing compensation to you – or denying your claim entirely – we can hold insurance companies accountable for the compensation you deserve.

If you’ve been hurt in a Denver car accident, give me a call me at (303) 758-4777, email me at DLS@dlslawfirm.com or visit us on the web at www.dlslawfirm.com. Let’s talk about your case. There’s no cost or obligation. We’ll help you get the money you and your family deserve for the work injuries you’ve suffered. And remember: If we take your case, we don’t get paid unless you get paid.
