Insurance Company Says They Won’t Pay, and Blames the Victim Instead

Jennifer Gearhart was injured when a driver tried to beat a red light at a busy Denver intersection and lost, totaled Jennifer’s car and injuring her. She was taken by ambulance to the hospital and faced months of painful recovery and rehabilitation, racking up huge medical bills along the way. Adding insult to injury, the at-fault driver’s insurance company said the accident was Jennifer’s fault – and refused to pay a dime. Dianne Sawaya wasn’t going to let them get away with that.
