“Caring Insurance Company” Is An Oxymoron

May 11, 2012 by Dianne Sawaya Leave a Comment

Larry was hurt by a negligent driver in a motorcycle accident. He received medical treatment for his injuries and racked up expenses pretty quickly. A short time later, the at-fault party’s insurance company got in touch with Larry and promised to take care of him. They sent him a check for $1,000.

Larry remembered our TV commercial, in which I talked about the “small little check” trick insurance companies are trying these days. He called us and came in for our no-obligation first meeting.

Our Denver auto accident attorneys reviewed his medical records and the details of his accident. He needed more medical treatment, and there were other issues like lost wages from being off work. His case was worth far more than $1,000 – and Larry became our client.

Insurance companies will stoop to anything to avoid paying claims. They’re more than happy to take your premium money. But when it comes time to live up to their promises to take care of you, it’s another story. After all, paying claims is bad for profit margins and executive bonuses.

The Law Offices of Dianne Sawaya saved Larry from an unfair settlement and getting taken advantage of by an insurance company. If you’re hurt in an accident and an insurance company says they’ll take care of you and here’s what your case is worth, run – don’t walk – and call me.

You can call me at (303) 758-4777, email me at DLS@dlslawfirm.com or visit our website at www.dlslawfirm.com for more information. Let’s talk about your case. There’s no cost or obligation.

We’ll help you get the money you and your family deserve for the injuries you’ve suffered. And remember: If we take your case, we don’t get paid unless you get paid.
